This project involved the complete renovation of an 51-square-meter apartment located in the heart of Thessaloniki. The primary goal was to transform a mid-20th-century residence into a modern, energy-efficient living space that meets today’s standards of comfort and aesthetics.

The apartment was entirely reconfigured, starting with the redesign of the kitchen and bathroom to enhance functionality, flow, and spatial efficiency. All electrical and plumbing systems were replaced with new installations that comply with current safety and sustainability standards. High-quality insulation and aluminum window frames were added to significantly improve energy performance. New flooring, interior doors, and custom carpentry elements brought cohesion and warmth to the interior.

The design emphasized simplicity, natural light, and contemporary materials, resulting in a layout that supports both daily living and hosting. The renovation was delivered as a turnkey project, encompassing architectural planning, interior design, construction, and full project management, in collaboration with a local team of engineers, designers, and craftsmen.

The result is a fully renewed residence that not only reflects a clean, modern character but also offers outstanding energy efficiency, comfort, and long-term value.
