Villa Xerolithia is one of the few villas in Amorgos, offering an authentic Cycladic hospitality experience with a focus on aesthetics, comfort, and warmth. Its name comes from the dry stone “xerolithia” walls commonly found in Cycladic architecture, blending tradition with contemporary design. Located just above Agios Pavlos Beach and surrounded by sage, lavender, oregano, and Amorgian helichrysum, the villa offers a stunning 180-degree view of the Aegean and Nikouria islet. Inside, the design flows naturally with the golden and rocky terrain of the hillside, just a few meters awayof the beach.

With its unique character and refined design, Villa Xerolithia creates the perfect setting for a relaxing Mediterranean holiday. It combines the simplicity of Amorgian Cycladic architecture with modern comfort, offering a sense of tranquility and ease. Each element in the house has been carefully chosen to contribute to a welcoming and uplifting atmosphere. The built-in white furniture, baths and kitchen, linen cushions shaped like stones, and custom wooden tables designed to feel modern yet effortless all add to the villa’s distinctive charm.

The interiors feature microcement floors, carved wooden doors, wooden ceiling beams, and high-quality local xerolithia stonework for the exterior of the villa. Outside, a variety of terraces, and private corners allow guests to enjoy both shared and secluded moments, making it an ideal retreat for both couples and larger groups. With its combination of style, comfort, and connection to the Cycladic landscape, Villa Xerolithia offers a unique and memorable stay.
